Our process begins with a thorough site survey

• Risk Analysis & Safety Distances: We review local regulations, plan safety distances, and identify any potential hazards or ignition sources.
• Soil & Infrastructure Evaluation: Assess the ground conditions, load-bearing capacity, and drainage systems to ensure the bullet tank can be installed securely and safely.
• Access & Logistics Planning: Establish clear routes for delivery vehicles, firefighting equipment, and maintenance activities.

The engineering team prepares the design based on IS 6044 Part 2 standards compliance

• Tank Design & Layout: Determine appropriate tank capacity(s), orientation and structural specification(s) to accommodate your volume of LPG/Propane.
• Mechanical & Piping Plans: All piping, valves, gauges, and safety devices are designed for best flow, lowest pressure drop and optimum maintenance.
• Safety Features: Emergency shut-off valves, relief devices, and spill containment systems are installed in accordance with the IS 6044 Part 2 guidelines. Every design element is reviewed and verified to ensure it aligns with your operational needs while adhering to mandatory safety codes.

• Certified Materials: Materials, such as carbon steel or other accepted materials certified to recognized standards (such as ASME, API, etc.) for strength and properties against corrosion.
• Quality-Assured Fabrication: All process of fabrication is performed under qualified welding procedures. Each stage is managed by qualified welders and certified inspectors to ensure quality work.
• Corrosion Protection: Proper paint coatings are used to protect the tank from the weather and environment.

Upon completion of fabrication, our project handles all aspects of the installation

• Equipment Setup: The bullet tank is placed on a base with appropriate bracing and anchoring.
• Mechanical & Instrumentation Hook-Up: The valve, level indicator, pressure gauge, and other crucial parts are installed and connected with secure profiles and proper alignment.
• Compliance Checks: Intermediate inspections are also done during the process for each milestone to ensure that all works comply with IS 6044 Part 2, local statutory rules and regulations.

Testing during and after installation to guarantee safety and integrity before your LPG/Propane system goes live

• NDT & Weld Inspections:Non-destructive testing (radiograph) services to confirm the quality of the weld and reveal hidden imperfections or problems.
• Hydrostatic/Pneumatic Pressure Tests: The system is pressure tested to specific test pressures in order to ensure there are no leaks or weaknesses in structure.
• Functional & Safety Device Testing: Verify the performance of valves, pressure relief devices, alarms, and emergency shut-off mechanisms.

A smooth handover is vital for the ongoing success of your installation.

• Operator Training: Conduct site visits for demonstration with full training sessions that include safe operations, preventative checks, and emergency response.
• Documentation & Records: Provide complete installation manuals, test certificates, and compliance records for auditing and reference.
